We offer a range of studios in the LN1 and LN5 post codes, covering the West End Uphill and South Park areas of Lincoln. Every studio forms part of an exquisitely refurbished edwardian house, retaining the original features,  but with all modern conveniences and safety features including emergency lighting and  heat and smoke alarms discretely installed.

Although many of our tenants renew their leases and/or move between our different locations, we are expanding all the time (with nearly 200 units available) and normally have studios available throughout the year.
