Many of our units get booked 2 or more months  in advance,  so please don't hesitate to contact us now even if you don't need to move in straightaway, and students can book ahead from December for  September.  All our own  properties are managed to ISO 9001 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental standards.

How to view and reserve !

Many of our tenants now book without viewing a property, but if you wish to view and  there are no block viewing days available in our viewing diary, please contact us online or  call 01522241242  to arrange a viewing directly. We will always require you to complete a registration form before booking any viewings on an individual basis.

 

We have staff based in Lincoln 24/7 365 and you will always speak to  and deal with a senior member of staff who has the authority to make decisions and with  whom you will then deal throughout your tenancy with us.
